The announcement was made today at a press conference in Washington, D.C. at the National Press Club, by the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), and Technology Partnership for Small Business Task Force co-founders Microsoft and AT&T, under the guidance of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
