My suggestion would also be that noone should be able to send any e-mail if they are not registered in a central registry of a Legitimate IPS - Sounds a bit Dictatorial but now a days, rigour is an absolute necessity! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Too many people are being defrauded and Lives are ruined. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; MIG&lt;/p&gt;
