I'm not much of a fan of analysts in general however I think that they really seem to have "got it" about Web 2.0 and its use in the enterprise, much more so than the Web 2.0 industry which seems to be much more about hype than substance. Here is another cracking

this time by AMR on Web 2.0 in the Enterprise. I agree with this totally, the only thing I think they have missed is the opprortunity that Web 2.0 techniques will provide for product innovation.
