I am an Infrastructure Architect in the NY/NJ/Mid-Atlantic District specializing in the System Center family of management products (OpsMgr & ConfigMgr), and sub-specialties
in software update management, desktop and server deployment automation, and server virtualization.
I also worked in the Operations Consulting National Practice (OpsCons), providing US Enterprise Services customers with operational consulting services based on Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
