&lt;p&gt;Perhaps rough..but if your goal is to save more diskspace you can delete hotfix backup files (%systemroot%)and installers directory (%systemroot%\installers).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Depending of number of installed programs and hotfixes this can save a lot of diskspace.&lt;/p&gt;
