Windows Defender Service is disabled and no additional AV Products running?

So what if you can see STOP error - it's not like there's any way to fix it with V1

You can't even recover any data because of the encrypted VHD

Which version of MED-V are you using? It sounds like V1 since you mentioned the "Server Configuration Manager."

thanks for your good info, i have one question:

- I faced this Error message and my Host OS is virtualized by Hyper-V, the question is how to change the host from layering Type I to layering Type II Hypervisors?
