Announced today on the Virtualization teams blog is the MMC addin for Vista. This is the same console that you would get in Server 2008 but means that you can manage Hyper-V based child OS's remotely from Vista. Given that I've spent all day switching between my Vista machine and my Server 2008 machine just to use the Hyper-V MMC then I think I will install now!! See the Virtualization team blog for full info...

I've been upgrading the child OS's that I created with the Hyper-V beta to RC IC's and without fail they are all up and running fine. I even took a set of VHD's from Virtual Server additions to RC IC's today all from within H-V. Of and Snapshots saved my life too...stunning technology ;)
