Backgroud: I'm working with Microsoft Consulting Services engaging with enterprise customers in the Gulf region. Before i join Microsoft i was a Principal Systems Engineer with a Gold Partner in Egypt, working in different sectors such as Consulting, Support, Security, training services. I'm having the following certificates MCA|Messaging, MCSE, MCSE:Messaging, MCT, ITIL Foundation, also i used to be SCSE "Symantec Certified Security Engineer", HP ASE & HPcertified trainer. My primary focus is on Exchange, AD, TMG & virtualization.
