Hi Sterling,

I sure can help - visit this link: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/virtualserver/partners/vhdpartners.mspx and about half way down the page is a link for Partners to participate in the program. All you have to do is sign an agreement - To participate in this program, send an email to vhdinfo@microsoft.com and ask for a copy of the agreement to be signed and returned to Microsoft.

I'm unable to find anything regarding MS partners distributing VHDs for potential customer to evaluate third-party Windows-based software.

Can you help with this?

Whilst the VHD doesn't seem to be available, there is nothing stopping you downloading the Public Beta of Office Commnications Server here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/beta/ocs/default.mspx

If you don't want to install it, but try it out, feel free to try the virtual labs here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/office/livecomm/vlabs.mspx
