imageOne of the fantastic technologies we introduced with Windows Server 2012 is the ability to have direct access connections for our clients.  Direct access allowed your clients to securely connect to your network without needing a VPN.  Whenever your users logged on to their system they were also granted access to the corporate network, that is direct access in a nutshell.  This provided your clients and always on experience for corporate resources.  More importantly as IT admins you had systems you could maintain and monitor, they were always online.  Some truly great technology.  For today’s part of the series we have another guest blogger, Sumeeth Evans, he does a great job at outlining Direct Access and the improvements that are made with Windows Server 2012.
