Well maybe not so lucky this week for me. Not only do I have my really last hard running week (this is the week I was dreading) I have to adjust my schedule to allow my lovely wife a vacation over the weekend. So on the bright side no running on the weekend.
I do have to mention last weekends runs were great! Solid 12 before I got to go to Chili’s and watch my Buckeyes beat the school from up north. I even had an adult beverage or two!
So this week plans to be fun as I get ready for 20 today! So here is the week:
