It's a question I get asked quite a lot and answer I give comes from a pool of cultural or organisation characteristics I have experienced when talking to companies that have deployed OCS in anger (in a good way).
I have been meaning to write it down myself but it looks as if the people at Enabling Technologies have got therefore before me and put down a really good list of things to look out for if you are considering OCS.
