System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) was released yesterday, read the announcement here. This is an administration tool for your virtual servers that give you an easy centralized way to manage all your virtual machine. Internally at Microsoft we used this tool since Beta 2 to manage 1224 on 86 hosts! You can also covert physical machines to virtual and we get the possibility to use PowerShell scripts.
