To transfer a call or instant message in Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Attendant, do the following:
  1. Click the Transfer icon.
  2. Double-click the name in the Contact List that you want to transfer the call to. If the transfer is successful, NO visual indicator is displayed — the call simply disappears from your Conversation window. An unsuccessful transfer displays an error message.
