The status icon displays a contact’s availability. The contact card provides additional status and contact information.

  1. Right-click the presence symbol next to the name of the person whose detailed status and contact information you want to see.
  2. Click Display Contact Card. In 2007 R2 version of Microsoft® Office Communicator Web Access, the contact card shows you a contact’s address book title, office location, calendar information if it is available, personal note, and published phone numbers.
