Technet Magazine Article: How RCC Powers OCS 2007 R2

Here is the third article in the series where I explain how Communicator works with OCS and various other components. This article is about Remote Call Control, which is a feature that we shipped with Office Communicator 2005 as well. Remote Call Control allows Office Communicator to control a PBX phone, through a SIP/CSTA Gateway. The article touches upon configuration and how Communicator connects to the SIP/CSTA Gateway. It then covers an end to and call flow  of how a basic call is made and how a basic call is answered.
