&lt;p&gt;Daylight saving time begins: Third Saturday of October at 11:59:59 PM &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Local standard time Daylight saving time ends: Second Saturday of February at 11:59:59 PM&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Isso na pr&amp;#225;tica significa: O hor&amp;#225;rio de ver&amp;#227;o inicia-se 1 segundo antes do 3&amp;#186; domingo de Outubro e finaliza 1 segundo antes do terceiro domingo de Fevereiro - ou seja - a configura&amp;#231;&amp;#227;o de DST publicada pelo Governo.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Se os seus clientes estiverem com o KB 957201 instalados, a configura&amp;#231;&amp;#227;o acima &amp;#233; a esperada.&lt;/p&gt;

Em algumas maquinas, ap&amp;#243;s rodarmos o TZedit, temos a resposta positiva de que come&amp;#231;a no 3&amp;#186; S&amp;#225;bado de Outubro, mas em outras n&amp;#227;o aparece essa mesma informa&amp;#231;&amp;#227;o (fica o 2&amp;#186; Domingo de Outubro).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Checando os updates instalados no painel de controle, consta que ambos est&amp;#227;o instalados corretamente.&lt;/p&gt;
