·          Encourage your customer to download and install the July update for the Office Live Meeting client and Outlook Add-in. Key updates include:

o    Support for enabling/disabling features such as file upload, white board, poll, text slide, screen snap shot, recording to the service, recording control panel, handouts

·          NOTE: Requires Live Meeting Service 9.2 QFE1 and sales order request to enable the ElectronicCommsPrivacy setting on conference center

o    Email address and company name will pre-populate for returning users

o    A short notice will now alert a vision-impaired attendee that his/her question was answered by a presenter.

o    Screen reader software such as JAWS will correctly read the number of questions checked in the Question and Answer pane.
