A truly sad day for Microsoft and for Steve, its a shame that his position was one of those which has recieved the order of the new economy. A statistic, and a very unfortunate commonality these days which we all may face no matter who we work with or for.

I had the pleasure of being Steve's fellow speaker at MS events in South Africa, and I think that Microsoft has really lost a great employee this time!
