Kris Waters has worked at Microsoft since April of 2006. She has been in the IT field since the late 90's after leaving her job as a freight delivery driver. She graduated from ECU with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration in 1991. Go Pirates!
While in the Exchange 3rd tier CTS support group at MSFT she specialized in client connectivity. She also supported Unified Messaging when it RTM'd with Exchange 2007, NetMeeting (ick), and was one of the first group of engineers to provide escalation support for Live@EDU (now O365 for Education). She is currently a Premier Field Engineer.
