If you are running the Windows 8 Consumer Preview on a machine with VT extensions…fire it up.

I’m running Hyper-V on a Samsung Series 700T slate device!!!
I did some testing on an AMD Propus-based desktop and found Hyper-V in Windows 8 CP to be excellent. I am finally able to run some of my older apps (Windows XP with some older business apps) with multiple processors! Some quick testing showed that I can get very close to native hardware performance with Windows XP apps in Hyper-V.
