To the punk programmer - I couldnt ask my question because Rory thought he was sooo cool flogging a dead horse. He got his answer, Steve told him he understood the issue, and then Rory brought up the same point again. Steve told him that he understood (again) and then Rory went on some aimless discussion. In other words, he kept at least 3 or 4 other people off the mike by being a big windbag. There was only about 15 mins for Q A and he took about 5. Again, people like Rory are just looking for "cool" factor. What would have been really great if Rory had the vision to bring it up 3 or 4 years ago when his thoughts could have impact instead of being another Monday morning CNET, ZDNET commentor.

Does that explain why I couldnt ask my question?

Whatever...I was there and Rory's question has been asked a million times. I personally thought he hogged the mike to long beating a dead horse. There were tons of better questions that could have been asked.
