Kevin: Easy solution to your problem - You just need to clone yourself about 3-4 times (and figure out how to consolidate all the knowledge the clones would get into your "original" brain). That way, you can attend all the TechEd sessions *and* be on a beach somewhere with a drink in your hand and your toes in the sand. :)

But seriously - If I were making the choices as to which sessions you'll be attending, I would attend any session about newer technologies - RemoteFX, RDS, VDI, and/or anything 2012-related. All of those are good leading-edge technologies that people will be wanting to know and learn about in the next 6-9 months. It keeps you ahead of that curve. :) The last Thursday session listed... I'd be flipping a coin between the "Using Active Directory with Office 365" and "Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2012: Server Fabric Lifecycle, Part 3 - Cluster Creation, Update Management". Tough call, there.
