The 2008 R2 servers use a new object named Processor information which unlike the old Processor object "registers" more than 64 cores.

This is an issue on both performance reporting and alerting on Server 2008 R2 servers.

We have sent the issue to our TAM who is looking into the case right now.

The problem is that you have created an override for "TimeOutSeconds" previous on the old MP - and this overrideable parameter was removed in the current version of the base OS mp disk monitor.

The new monitor doesnt have this exposed, so it is complaining about your override MP - no more changes can be made to it (add or delete) so you must export your override MP to XML, delete the overrides manually, and then reimport. Read through all the other comments as I talk about this for other params.
