Ramblings from another nerd on the grid
Does anyone know if the NBC show, Late Night With Conan O'Brien is broadcast live? If you wonder why I ask, review the footage of the Hans Klok illusion from Conan's show on 6/20/2007. Interesting finish. :)
Conan is taped at around 4:15pm EST, though he often jokes about it being live.

The Klok footage doesn't seem to be on the web yet, though there is a clip from an appearance he did earlier that day on the Today Show which does broadcast live in many markets.

Given the lack of Conan footage, could you be more specific on the "interesting finish"?
No, it's taped at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I've attended a few tapings, and it's a lot of fun.

Let's just say that Pamela almost had a Janet Jackson moment and she was showing a bit more than prime time would allow. Unless of course it was an illusion and just my imagination.
Sorry Nathan, I had to remove your comment due to the direct html link. I'm sure people can find the footage if desired. I asked the question about live versus tape because I was surprised they didn't edit the video.
Ratings I guess..
