    I love this, I think it's like the 90s when loads of business's said "I don't need a website" or "I don't need email". Ten years before that they had been saying "I don't need a fax machine". Now they are saying "I don't need social media" - but it's going to be the same. In a few years EVERYBODY will have to be doing it.
