I tried obtaining the product key for Vista Ultimate promotional kit (DVD obtained at the TechNet seminar) today but the site does not go past the 'Create Profile' screen. I tried filing in the form many times but I am unable to move forward.

Any ideas?

Hello John,

The site on the inside of that folder holding the copies of Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 and Windows Live services are bust for being able to obtain a product key. I let the folks at microsoft.catalyst.com know about the problem.

Here's to crossing my fingers that this Promotional Copy doesn't bite me in the ass, eh? I have 30 days before I won't be able to use it (and I can guarantee that no one else has had access to or would have been able to try the PIN included in the handout).

I can't get it the site to work for me to get a key? I just got the opportunity to setup a system to install this software and the site won't work to give me a key?

Could you help I have my PIN and the media but the site only lets me put in my contact info and then it doesn't go forward.
