Many of you have emailed me about having trouble getting your product key and receiving a message that the PIN code has expired.  I believe the ability to obtain a product code at the www.registerwindowsvistasp1.com site expired at the end of December, and currently that website is NOT available and will no longer respond. 

I am checking into this and will post a definitive response in the next few days.

    Hi, Encountered same issue today, held off installing software until Santa brought me additional HD space, went to install, PIN expired. Bummer. Look forward to update / extension.
