Just published a few weeks ago, the Windows Vista Resource Kit is a must have book if you're responsible for deploying Windows Vista!!  I always try and keep my resource kit library up-to-date as they put so much information at your finger tips. 

Another recent addition to my library is the Windows Server 2008 Resource Kit, if you're an IT Pro these books are invaluable.
