If you're starting to make more use of PowerShell for automating your administrative tasks, you might want to start looking at this website http://powershellcommunity.org/

"This is an independent international community uniting PowerShell users and vendors who want to promote this new and exciting platform. We believe that PowerShell is the way you can streamline and automate your IT environments and bring manageability to the next level.

Browse through the community, stay up to date with our latest news updates and PowerShell calendar, participate in the forums, or even better become one of our contributors by starting your blog or submitting your news, events, product information, scripts or any other PowerShell nuggets worth sharing with the world."

 Enjoy....

    John,

Thanks for the mention about the PowerShellCommunity.org site.  There are some great conversations going on in the forums, community blogs, and a feed aggregator with many of the community bloggers.

Another great resource for PowerShell is the #powershell chat room on irc.freenode.net.  There are often a number of experienced PowerShell users talking about various topics and most are willing to lend a hand with a PowerShell related problem.  Many people new to PowerShell have been helped by the folks in the chat room.
