If you're starting to make more use of PowerShell for automating your administrative tasks, you might want to start looking at this website http://powershellcommunity.org/

Lots of good stuff going on over here, too: http://www.myitforum.com/articles/40/section.asp
And, the PowerShell email list: http://www.myitforum.com/lists/#Windows_PowerShell_List
Thanks for the mention about the PowerShellCommunity.org site. There are some great conversations going on in the forums, community blogs, and a feed aggregator with many of the community bloggers.
Another great resource for PowerShell is the #powershell chat room on irc.freenode.net. There are often a number of experienced PowerShell users talking about various topics and most are willing to lend a hand with a PowerShell related problem. Many people new to PowerShell have been helped by the folks in the chat room.
