TechNet drives good customer satisfaction with IT Pros but is not reaching as many IT Pros as it should - as a result, investments in platform innovation, new content programs, and new user experiences are not achieving their full potential.
The TechNet team is looking for a veteran online customer engagement leader to develop and implement a unique Digital Reach & Engagement Strategy for the TechNet business that increases our reach and connection with IT Pros, while maintaining the credibility of the TechNet brand and engaging customers in ways that build enduring trust.
This position would report directly to the Director of TechNet.
