Seems like a waste of time effort and will only add to the general confusion of where to get SCOM help. The Operator Basics SuperFlow tool already exists and works great: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

I would absolutely support a second release of the SuperFlow tool with updated information! Please work on that instead!

Ive used CHMs and DOCs numerous times and CHMs are definately easier to search and navigate....but it will be beneficial to keep the doc for print outs if need be

I think that CHM format will be very welcome, the easy way to search is the most benefit, and a suggestion, don't retire DOCs, keep DOCs and CHMs for SCOM. Maybe, if have MOF 4.0 in CHM will be good also.
