In the States at that time we didn't get consistent F1 coverage, it was a shock when I heard he was gone. It would have been something to see Senna in the later part of his career taking on Michael at the beginning of his, much like today with Michael's comeback vs. Hamilton/Vettel. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have a tape of some Senna qualifying footage at Monaco. No driver aids, no paddle shift. Basically a controlled drift for the entire lap. Great stuff.&lt;/p&gt;
