Hey! I have one of those Clippy costumes too! When I was working for Microsoft back in 1997, they gave every employee that worked for the Microsoft Office team would get a Life-Size Clippy costume. Mine is in it`s box in my office.

You Could Program Clippy To Go On Your Desktop,

Just Download DeskBot And CharPackage. With CharPackage You Click The "..." Box And Open

Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Microsoft Office>Office> And Double-Click Clippy.acs.

Then On CharPackage Click "Build Package".

Then Open My Computer And Open Local Disk>Program Files>Microsoft Office>Office> And Open The Clippy Setup File, Then When That Is Finished Click It Again And Wait To Finish, Then Open DeskBot And Click On The Characters Box And And Select Clippy And Click Select.
