exactly what i was thinking seth, i think its a typo;

"If the TMG server has a secure channel with a Windows 2008 DC, the negotiation will succeed because they will both default to DES encryption."

should be

"If the TMG server has a secure channel with a Windows 2008 DC, the negotiation will succeed because they will both default to AES encryption."

Had had a problem with PW changes on the TMG, sure enough the DC's at my new site were missing the server cert to allow the LDAPs connections.

I had a similar issue, just created the new route and designated the gateway on the LAN card and that was it.

I wonder if Microsoft is going to change their mind and keep ISA development going. But they'll remove the management console and replace it with a full-screen web browser with huge buttons and pictures of your friends from your facebook account.

Is it possible to publish an internal website (through TMG 2010) that requires Client certificates? The internal website is setup to "require client certificates".

I am trying to check my webmail. I get this: "Error Code: 500 Internal Server Error. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202) " How do I fix?

TMG was a great product. Used ISA for years. How there is no replacement or posts that say here is is how we want you to do it now really sucks,

I can't think of one good reason TMG was killed.

As a side note, flood mitigation could have helped here as well, but this was not enabled on the TMG machine in question. Thanks Arpad for pointing out.
