We do not use the enterprise voice option and had to follow Step 3; however, it still doesn't work. We receive the same error when trying to setup Lync meetings.

Seems that delegation sync has been broken by most recent client security update as I can no longer get delegates to sync. Process was working well last week and now will not update. Any known issues with the June 2012 security updates?

besides EnableDelegation in CsVoicePolicy, EnableExchangeDelegateSync in CdClientPolicy and 'Full Mailbox Access' / 'Send on behalf of' permissions in Exchange, is there anywhere else to check?

I'm still getting the permissions error when delegates try to schedule online for their managers :(

should this feature work if the manager is using Lync/Outlook 2011 for Mac and the delegate is using Lync/Outlook 2010?

all suggestions appreciated.

Followed your instructions in step 3 but still getting the "You do not have permissions..." error message. Have verified that EnableDelegation in the CsVoicePolicy is also set to $true. We are able to bypass the error by toggling the Enterprise Voice setting but this isn't ideal.

Ilse, wouldn't it be simpler by doing so with Set-CsClientPolicy -identity "Global" -EnableExchangeDelegateSync $true
