&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m still getting the permissions error when delegates try to schedule online for their managers :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;should this feature work if the manager is using Lync/Outlook 2011 for Mac and the delegate is using Lync/Outlook 2010?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;all suggestions appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;

Have verified that EnableDelegation in the CsVoicePolicy is also set to $true. We are able to bypass the error by toggling the Enterprise Voice setting but this isn&amp;#39;t ideal.&lt;/p&gt;
