It’s a free download, and you can find it here:
You can install both the Attendant and the Lync Client on the same box, but you can not run them at the same time!

i think you meant Lync Attendee and/or Lync 2010 Client?
Attendant is the server side component. Attendee is the client side application.
Hey Sarbjit, actually the Attendee is for external users to allow for audio and video conferencing. The attendant console is for someone like a receptionist or security desk to monitor and park/forward calls to other Lync users.
