Windows 7 Team just announced the availability of Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate) on their official blog.

For my non techie readers, Release Candidate means almost final version of the software

Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate) will be available from April 30th for download by MSDN and TechNet subscribers. General Public can get their hands on from May 5th.

I think its a great moment and a great milestone making a great Windows reality…

For those who are running Windows 7 Beta, there are few things you should know, please read this post from Windows 7 Engineering team

Windows 7 team has worked really hard going through feedbacks and bugs reported by all of you and taking corrective actions to make Windows 7 the best Windows ever.

I cant get wait to get my copy of Windows 7 RC.
