Irish Apps Update
At the Windows Phone Summit recently, Microsoft announced that the Windows Phone Marketplace officially hit 100,000 apps and games—a milestone we reached faster than Android, and a testament to the thousands of talented developers around the world who’ve supported us since launch. Together they deliver more than 200 new titles, on average, each day. Great apps such as Paypal and Audible and games such as Words With Friends, Draw Something and NOVA 3 are coming very soon with Window Phone 8, to learn more about Windows Phone 8 you can watch the announcement video.
At the same time Irish developers have embraced Windows Phone building over 600 Windows Phone apps in the past 6 months.. Microsoft Ireland is now working with developers to build more apps for Windows Phone 8 and of course Windows 8. Every one of those apps will work on the upcoming Windows Phone 8 devices.
Here are a small selection of the apps and games from Irish and international developers.
