Dave, for the KB 941050, you have to contact Microsoft support engineer for that, he/she will help to check whether the problem occur with your system is the same to the one mentioned in the article. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How can I get access to 941050? I've got a customer reporting that exact error.

Peter,

For the KB articles 938715/945322, they are articles under spcecial confidentiality. So with out the confidentiality agreement, user will not see them online;

For KB 943510, it is supposed to be published now. However, in internet, there are something wrong when I access it. Let me check why.
