Yes, I agree with Susan, for example, I wanted this hotfix, KB926842, now there's no way to obtain it since I don't live in the US...calling is not toll-free. For all hotfixes, I wish MS could do this direct linking from KB article.

Yes, currently not all the KB articles support the on-line submission project. For this kind of hotfix, we have to contact Microsoft support center to get a the binary and the support engineer will assist to deploy the fix.

I've seen some KBs where there is no link to obtain the hotfix via email, what should we do then besides call?
