Sharepoint Site Online is showing "out of compliance" warning

 

SYMPTOMS

Sharepoint Site Online is showing "out of compliance" warnings.

Available storage becomes less than site collection allocation.

 

CAUSE

It appears when licenses expire. You may lose some of the storage
due to the decrease of the number of users you pay for.( 250 Meg
per paid user)

 

RESOLUTION

It's probably that you need only change the "allocated storage" of your site collection to
reflect the available space.

check to see what the existing files sizes and folder sizes are by going here:

                Site Actions > Site Settings > Site Collection Administration > Storage space allocation
