Users could only
logon once after reset the password of the mailbox

 

SYMPTOMS

After Users reset the password of the mailbox, users could
only logon once; after the logout, the second logon will fail with the error
message invalid account.

 

CAUSE

The root cause of this issue might be the compatibility of
browser. 

 

RESOLUTION

Change the browser to Internet Explorer. After that, the
mailbox access is good without problems.

 

Note, Try to use internet Explorer when navigating to Microsoft Online Service website.
