Communicator Sign in error - for new Ids created
User is putting new id in Single Sign on application and sign in done. But after opening officecommunicator User gets error as below:
There are three reasons that may cause this issue.
This issue may occur if the account is a newly provisionedaccount. Newly provisioned OCO accounts can take up to 24 hours to replicate tothe Office Communications Server (OCS) servers. The account may be unavailableduring that time. If the account was provisionedless than 24 hours ago, have the user wait until replication is complete, andthen try again.
If it has been longer than 24 hours and the issue stilloccurs, instruct the user to follow these steps:
If the problem still occurs, the user name may have beenchanged. Instruct the user to use theirsip address as their sign-in address for Office Communicator.
