Note, if you try to send message to the mailboxes that areimpacted by using OWA, everything works fine.
The issue occurs because the Offline Address Book (OAB) usedto send message is corrupted or not up to date.
To solve this issue, you can delete the OAB file on thelocal disk and then re-synchronize with the Exchange online server.
