Hi Everyone,

 

Last week, 11 Windows 6.0 products related hot-fix KB article were released. Below are the details:

 

Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 - 11 KB articles:

·         958807 Windows Server 2008 Failover Clustering WMI provider does not correctly handle invalid characters in the private property names causing WMI queries to fail

·         958868 Windows Server 2008 virtual machines may stop responding during the rebooting process when a third-party Hypervisor solution is used

·         958933 Windows Server 2008 or Windows Vista SP1-based systems cannot generate a dump file if the system partition is a mirrored volume

·         957321 An update to add support to the XMP specification for complex data types in the Windows Imaging Component

·         958237 The Windows Image Acquisition image transfer may fail on a WSD scanner device that is installed on a Windows Vista-based or Windows Server 2008-based computer

·         958330 Windows Sidebar customizations are lost when you log on to a Windows Vista-based computer that has hotfix 943411 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 installed

·         958453 The tablet pen does not work after you shut down a Windows Vista Tablet PC-based computer, and then you detach an external monitor that you had set as the main monitor

·         958551 The DNS search order is reversed on the DHCP client in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008 when you use dial-up or a VPN connection to connect to a Routing and Remote Access server

·         959130 When you run the "Connect to the Internet" Wizard and select the "Browse the Internet now" option, Internet Explorer starts instead of the default Web browser that you set in Windows Vista or in Windows Server 2008

·         959384 On a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, iSCSI Initiator may be unable to communicate with the iSCSI target for several minutes after an iSCSI Protocol Data Unit (PDU) is rejected

·         959453 On a computer that runs Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008, a PCI Express bus may run in PCI compatibility mode instead of in PCI native mode after the PCI root bus restarts
