Hi everyone,

Based on support incident analysis and the Knowledge Base article analysis, we see that the following article has a big impact for Windows Server 2003 and Internet Explorer users. Therefore, we would like to share the information with you on this blog.

The problem is that, after installing Service Pack 2 on the Windows Server 2003-based computer, the user finds that he/she cannot uninstall Internet Explorer 7. Actually this is an expected behavior. If you really need to uninstall Internet Explorer 7, you can uninstall Service Pack 2 first.

Please refer to the following Knowledge Base article for the details.
