I recently picked up the Acer H340 and it is working great for me. I was especially impressed with the ease of adding the second hard drive as the bays are hot swap and toolless!
The only aspect I wasn't as excited about was the pre-installed MacAfee Total Protection software. They loaded it on as part of the system, not as an add-in which would have made it easy to remove. I did find reading through some other websites that you can remove it via Remote Access. it may have been nice for them to include that info though.
I put together some information on my experience with WHS here, http://www.squidoo.com/windows-home-server-info, hopefully it helps others as I think it was perfect for my needs!
