今までにIIS7のセミナーを色々な場で、あるいは各地でさせていただいている中で興味を持っていただいている方は本当に様々な立場の方々でした。非常に幅の広いテーマをお話させていただいているんだという自覚とともに MS が考える IT Pro、開発者という分類をこのエリアにあてはめてはいけないと最近特に思っています。

ということで米国同様にできないかを打診していたところ、お気づきの方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、MSDNにも同じフォーラムを表示することができました。ですのでこれからは単にセットアップの話から”開発”な話なんかも取り上げていただけると幸いです。もちろん ASP.NET に関しては専用のフォーラムがありますし、言語系もそれぞれきちんと盛り上がっていますからそちらは今まで通りご利用いただいて、下で動いている IIS に関する記事を投稿される場合には是非こちらをご利用いただければと思います。

[IIS7] IIS Forum can now be used from both TechNet & MSDN

I've been talking about IIS7 at many places and around the country and noticed that I've been reaching many kinds of people with various concerns and backgrounds. So the point is speaking about IIS means a very very wide area. So the IT Pro & Developer divide that Microsoft is thinking shouldn't be applied so much in this area at least about knowledge sharing.

So I've been working with the online infrastructure people if we can display a certain forum at TechNet & also MSDN just like the English original forums like SharePoint. Some people may have noticed that IIS forum is now not only at TechNet but also on MSDN so both audiences can use the forum. So don't worry if you have a question, just jump in to the forum if you have a question about IIS and you can come in from both sites now.

ASP.NET has it's own forum and the language stuff also has a very exciting forum so use those as before but if you think your question or knowledge sharing is mainly about IIS, try this forum. :-)
