Get an overview of Microsoft’s category re-defining Business Intelligence strategy and products an how they work together to provide the most cost effective and comprehensive platform for building BI solutions on. Products overviewed will include SQL Server’s: Reporting Services, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Data Mining; Office SharePoint Server, Business Scorecard Manager, Proclarity, and the upcoming Performance Point Server, which marks Microsoft’s entry into the realm of budgeting and forecasting.

The presenter for this session will be Anthony Natoniewski, who is a member of our Education Specialist Team Unit. Anthony Natoniewski has focused on Business Intelligence, data warehousing, and Executive Information Systems for 20 years, 17 of those with Microsoft. Currently he works with Microsoft’s K-12 and higher education customers across the country to help them understand and chose to utilize Microsoft’s data base and Business Intelligence technologies.

Microsoft Enterprise Server Product Roadmap
This session will provide an overview of the Microsoft Server Products Roadmap, and discussion of the line up of new server products.

The presenter for this session will be Larry Short, who is a member of our Education Account Technology Specialist Team Unit, and focused on both HiED and K-12 customers in the Pacific Northwest. Larry Short joined Microsoft in 1995 as a member of the first telesales group calling on technology users in academia. This early brush with geeks began Larry’s journey the “tech-side” and eventually his first Microsoft certification. Since 2000, Larry has worked as technology specialist driving the adoption of Microsoft solutions, and has a tremendous ability to really connect with customers at a level that establishes trust and respect. Larry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, a Master of Science Degree, and is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer.
